Shipping of your package

Packages are generally dispatched within 1-3 working days after receipt of payment, Monday to Friday.

They are shipped via Bpost with a tracking number. You can opt for delivery to another address, to a relay point near you.

Shipping costs include preparation and packaging costs as well as postage.

Preparation costs are fixed, while shipping costs vary depending on the total weight of the package and the destination country.

We recommend that you combine all of your items into one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects, especially framed posters.

Boxes are properly sized and your items are properly protected.

Returns

If you are not satisfied with your order, you can send us an email to info@laffichebelge.be. We will let you know how to proceed. Then, upon receipt of the package we will make a refund within 15 days via the method of payment used for your purchase, provided that the products are in perfect condition.
